According to a blog post dated 3rd April 2015, the belongings of Lee Kuan Yew were already on display at the Lee Kuan Yew Memoriam exhibition. This invalidated the National Heritage Board (NHB) and Ho Ching’s claim that they “collected” the documents on 6th April 2015.

In addition, States Times Review received information that a NHB-issued press release confirmed that the Lee Kuan Yew Memoriam started on 25 March 2015. Press release statement by NHB:
“Since it opened on 25 March, over 80 000 people have visited the exhibition. The Museum will further extend the exhibition period until 28 June 2015. This will allow families to visit during the school holidays.”

Ho Ching, the CEO of Temasek Holdings, may be guilty of impersonation for representing the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) without holding any official title, but she has already been proven guilty of theft for taking belongings from the executors of Lee Kuan Yew’s will – Lee Hsien Yang and Lee Wei Ling.
On 6th February 2015, just a day after Lee Kuan Yew was admitted to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for acute pneumonia, a leaked transmittal document recorded that the Prime Minister’s wife represented the PMO to “collect” documents from 38 Oxley Road. Yesterday (June 22), the NHB apologised for “clerical errors” and corrected that the date of collection was 6th April 2015. However, the documents were found to have been already put on display on 3rd April 2015.
The Singapore Police and Corrupt Practice Investigation Bureau (CPIB) is still not taking action against Ho Ching. Neither is the tough talking Law Minister K Shanmugam commenting on the crime.
