It is yet another inconvenient truth: Lee Hsien Loong wants a tudung-wearing Muslim woman to be President so people around the world would praise him for being how “progressive” a Prime Minister he is. Just imagine the number of weeks world headlines would go about a tudung-wearing head of state, never mind this is a corruption act to cover up Lee Hsien Loong’s losses in CPF and the national reserves.
After all, his siblings have seen first-hand what the dictator Prime Minister is capable of and even openly denounced him for wanting to build a temple for Lee Kuan Yew for people to pay respect.
Corrupted Prime Minister’s order aside, PAP MP Halimah Yacob would however screw up the head of state profile totally due to her lack of etiquette, eloquence and basic diplomacy.
1) PAP MP Halimah Yacob speaks really bad English
While this has been public knowledge, the recent video interview shows this is evident. Truth being told, MP Halimah Yacob could not string together a simple English sentence without her kampong Singlish. Head of states around the world would not understand a word coming out from her mouth. Singaporeans, being forever forgiving to incompetence from the ruling party, of course would close an eye to her lack of eloquence, but it is an entire different matter when she could not even make herself understood. For a nation which prides itself for bilingualism, a Singapore President needing an English translator would be an utter embarrassment.
2) PAP MP Halimah Yacob is not Malay
The dictator Prime Minister went out of his way to publish fake surveys and propaganda and eventually to re-write the Constitution reserving the election for Malays, only to find out his tudung-wearing Speaker of Parliament is not a Malay but an Indian Muslim. PAP MP Halimah Yacob’s father is Indian, and she is not a pure Malay. Being “pure Malay” to qualify for an election is racism, and this is exactly why Lee Hsien Loong has to re-write the Constitution. The dictator Prime Minister miscalculated, and now he gets his cronies committee to say that “non-Malays” qualifies too, so long as one identifies itself to the Malay community. Due to the new definition, the Presidential Election now has become a race for a specified religion, where only Muslims can participate. The definition of Malay now means Muslims, and this opens the race to Indian Muslims, Pakistani Muslims and Arab Muslims.
3) Another PAP MP as a President means Corruption
PAP MP Halimah Yacob is naive to think that resigning from her PAP MP seat today means that she is an independent of no political affiliation tomorrow. No, the conflict of interests stays and it is insulting to public intelligence. Another PAP MP-turned-President means Lee Hsien Loong has a lot to hide and Singaporeans better start worrying about their CPF money.
If PAP MP Halimah Yacob becomes Singapore President, it means three things: she is corrupted like Lee Hsien Loong, she is a racist to support a racist election and she has no integrity because everyone knows she can never be made President if not for the racist revision of the Constitution and special provisions written for her.
