In a bid to protect the ruling party reputation, a top civil servant who works under the Prime Minister’s Office and also a senior PAP member has his identity protected by a gag order from the corrupted Singapore Court:

“He cannot be named due to a court order to protect his alleged victims’ identities, and the name of their workplace was redacted.”

The 66-year-old PAP member groped his female subordinate, a 43-year-old civil servant, squeezing her breasts, buttocks and even rubbed his groin against her on 3 occasions. The victim suffered in silence because of the PAP member’s power and influence.

Another victim, a 55-year-old, who is also his subordinate, had to endure his hugging, kissing and caressing while the two were on government trips in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam and Yangon Myanmar.

The 66-year-old PAP member is contesting the charges in court – hiring 2 top lawyers who are also Directors from Drew & Napier – claiming that the two women are attracted to him and the acts are consensual. The two victims are represented only by the government’s public prosecutor.

Only the molestation charges were filed, and no corruption charges was levied by the government public prosecutor.

Voicing out against the top civil servant would result in termination of the victims’ highly paid senior civil service jobs. It is unknown if the 2 victims are still working in the government.

The powerful senior PAP member works directly under Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in the Prime Minister’s Office, but the Singapore Court demand that the information is censored.

The molestation charges has a maximum of 2 years’ jail, less than the breaching of POFMA order that warrants 3 years’ jail and a S$1 million fine.
