*Calling for witnesses
A 32 year old Naval Base Primary School teacher, Tan Jek Xiang, was riding on his motorcycle and was killed after a fatal collision with a China ambassador car at the junction of Mandai Road and Mandai Lake Road Sunday (Sep 13) around 10.30am.
The former primary school teacher was in-charge of Infocomm technology and co-curricular activities. The Police is appealing for witnesses as there is no video footage of any traffic infringement from either party.
