In his agreement to the ceasefire offered by his younger siblings, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong now took the opportunity to hit out at Lee Hsien Yang and Lee Wei Ling attacking them for “lying”:
“I share their wish not to carry on the dispute in public and to manage the disagreement in private… They had repeated their previous allegations against me in their latest statement, but I have already refuted these and stand by what I have said.”
PM Lee Hsien Loong also revealed that the conditional ceasefire he agreed to is the second one, as he rejected the first conditional ceasefire due to “improper and irresponsible terms”, he claimed.
The dictator PM abused his Prime Minister’s Office to issue a press release denouncing the first ceasefire as “improper and irresponsible”:
“They wanted me to call off my Ministerial Statement and the debate in Parliament, disband the Ministerial Committee, and not respond to the accusations. I could not agree to any of that. It would have been improper and irresponsible.”
The corrupted Prime Minister abused his power to raise the issue in Parliament on Monday (June 3), however, the Parliament with 83 PAP MPs were obedient and defended the PM instead of questioning him.
